M day

The tradition of mothers' day last time, say, 5 years ago was that the family go out for a decent meal and then the cake will be served on the dining table. No one gives a flying fuck now. And I so think mummy is secretly depressed though she always gives the disapproving face when I talk about birthday or mothers' day celebrations. I gave her a call earlier today telling her specifically to buy a cake back just so the two of us can celebrate. Haha, sorry I was too lazy to go to the mall myself to buy the cake and since she's already out why not right. We kinda argued over which cake to get, I wanted the mango and she wanted the cheesecake, I gave in eventually, it's her day what! This is so senseless but at least she's a happier mother today.
